1. You can now open a bank account at FRANK by OCBC with a soft-copy Proof of Residency letter. You can request for your soft-copy letter by writing to us at SSHelps@smu.edu.sg!

2. Additional Payment Methods Available for International Students:
SMU has partnered Western Union Business Solutions (“WU”), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC”) and ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) to offer international students a variety of new payment options through OASIS via the “Fee Payment” application. Click here to find out more.
