Effective Reframing for Goal-Setting That Works

    Overview

S.M.A.R.T. goals and New Year resolutions - I'm sure you've heard of it, tried it, and- if you're being honest- likely failed at keeping to most of them beyond 3 weeks.

Are certain people simply 'better' at setting goals, and sticking to them? Is it one's technique, temperament, or sheer luck that is at play? If these questions have frustrated and kept you up at night, come and be pleasantly challenged.

We will get you exposed to goal-setting techniques that have worked even at the Olympic level- but not before we dive deep into the personal blind spots, unhelpful thought patterns and cognitive traps that trip you up perhaps even without you realising it. We will enable you to be your own 'warp-detector', and equip you with practical reframing techniques that, coupled with the goal-setting tools, will allow you to set goals that you can actually reliably achieve.

If 2019 is the year you commit to heightened personal productivity, and say 'yes' to a better you, then this is the course you want to jumpstart your year ahead. See you at the session!
