You should first check if your item was found with the Security personnel at the Library entrance, or approach the Security Command Centre at Level 1 of the Library building. If you suspect that it is due to theft, a police report has to be made at any police station (or online under E-Services at www.spf.gov.sg)ss. The CCTV footage will then be released to the Investigating Officer (IO) who will handle the case.
