Can I make a complaint about a staff/faculty member to the University Council of Student Conduct (UCSC)?

There is no hard and fast rule about whether a certain action is subjected to disciplinary actions. If the action violates any Act under the Singapore Law, Code of Student CONDUCT or the Code of Academic Integrity, then it's highly likely that the action will be subject to disciplinary actions. Other actions will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to clarify if your complaint amounts to a violation of the Code of Student Conduct or Academic Integrity, you may email to scd@smu.edu.sg for enquiries.
